To tell you truthfully - NO HAIR EXTENSIONS ARE MEANT TO BE WORN IN HIGH HAIR STYLES OR TIGHT BRAIDS - EVER! But why?  Does that mean I can't wear my hair back at all?

Hair Extensions are an extension of your natural hair and therefore must be bonded to your natural hair in one manner or another.  Although there are no-damage kinds of hair extensions, such as tape in hair extensions, no hair extension should be pulled from the natural hair growth pattern.
