If you are returning your order in new, unused condition, request your return within 15 days from recorded delivery date. Unfortunately after 15 days, no returns approvals can be provided.
You may return your unused, unaltered products for any reason without question. See details below.
Important Return Details:
- All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Returned items must be unused, unaltered, and still sellable. All original packaging must be included and in the manner it was delivered.
- A copy of the invoice / packing slip, along with your assigned return number, must accompany all returns.
- Returned packages will begin processing when the item is received at our headquarters.
- Once your returned items are approved for refund, you can expect your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds to be issued to the original form of payment (check, credit card, etc).
- Approved returns must arrive at our headquarters 14 days from return approval date. Otherwise, the return will be denied.
- Sale items are final sale.
- Orders purchased with rewards points are final sale.
If your return arrives unsellable, missing required documents, or past the approved return date, your refund will be denied and you will be required to pay for any shipping charges to return your items to you. We will only store these items for 30 days before you forfeit your items.
If you suspect your item may be defective you may send your product back for an exchange. You must request your exchange within 30 days from recorded delivery date. Unfortunately after 30 days, no exchanges can be provided.
Exchanges will require a detailed description of the defect along with photo and/or video documentation to support your claim.

- Approved exchanges will receive a free return shipping label.
- Exchanges will begin processing when the item is received at our headquarters or after approval from photo documentation.
- Once your returned items are approved for an exchange, you can expect your new products within 7 business days.
