TAPE IN HAIR EXTENSIONS INSTALLATION:

STEP 1:

Detoxify the natural hair twice using a detoxifying or clarifying shampoo with a 6.5 - 8.0 ph.  Do NOT use a conditioner of any kind.

STEP 2:

Blow dry the hair using a natural boar bristle brush section by section. Do NOT use hair products of any kind.  Iron the hair, if needed, concentrating on the root section.  This ensures that the tape in hair extensions will adhere to the natural hair firmly with not product in between.

STEP 3:

Section the hair cleanly so that you can clearly see the parting you are working with.

STEP 4:

Take a thin slice of hair (no more than 1-2 strands thick) laying the bottom extension tab sticky side up underneath the thin slice and the top extension tab sticky side down on top of the thin slice.  

STEP 5:

Secure in place with SDX. clamper Tool. 

STEP 6:

Repeat steps 1-6 until fully installed. 

STEP 7:
